The night The Rage played at The Whisky on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, Bill Inglot shot these slides of the band and the marquee. Note the lineup: The Weirdos, The Dills (sic), Low Budget, The Wildcats and Profit, the KROQ's Rodney Bingenheimer MCing the proceedings. Of the bands who played that night, only The Rage got an encore! The show was on Paula's 17th birthday, June 20, 1977. The entire Kim Fowley Punk Rock Weekend was recorded for release by Bomp Records, but the album never materialized.
